Traveling with a newborn??

I'm not pregnant, but TTC #1... My best friend is getting married in Mexico next year (October 15) so hubby and I are going to have to stop TTC at some point. But how early is too early to fly with a newborn?

From the little research I've done it'll take about two months to get a passport for the baby, but then some sources say not to travel via plane or out of the country until 6mo-1year or even 2 years until they're fully vaccinated 😫 am I just going to need to plan on leaving the baby with my parents? And how early is too early to be apart from my newborn?? (All of this assuming I can even get pregnant 😂😭)
