Bleeding and worried

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant,I have been having blood when I wipe for about 6 days now,no cramping..had some tiny clots ..but light bleeding..boobs still hurt hcg went from 17-36 while bleeding but clots afterwards had my final round of bloodwork today (hcg) please pray 🙏 for me .,I want this baby so bad…anyone go through this and baby be ok?
