Bump vs toddler

My child, idk how, fell on my stomach last night… baby moved for like about 5 minutes after that.

Should I contact my OB… at what point is it dangerous…

I’m 14.1 weeks, is my uterus out of my pelvis? I have a feeling it’s right under my bellybutton but don’t know how to confirm it
