Can I ask my sons doctor ( he’s 9 months ) for like a health record to prove he’s been taken care of, he’s healthy etc?

I have a feeling his dad is fighting for custody and want to cover every single aspect that he has been very well taken care of at all times since he was born.

Not sure if this is something I can just call and ask for and don’t want to sound stupid over the phone
