Toddler eye roll unintentional

My son is almost 2 and for the last 2 months I’d say he’s been doing this unintentional eye roll gaze which has me a tad worried… Hell tilt his head downward but his eyes upward for a few seconds and then snap out of it and go back to doing what he was doing, he does this 5-8 times a day

Anybody ever heard of anything like this ?

Yes (he’s got a pedi appointment on the 6th)
