You could try some male fertility vitamins. My hubby has low motility and a good count and the vitamins really helped !

I said IUI because a good count means you’ll have plenty of sperm. In the IUI process they can “wash” and try to separate out poor sperm and only put in you the good ones (which presumably with a high count should be plenty). Not to mention IUI is more affordable and less invasive. Good luck!
