Implantation bleeding or spotting?

Started very light spotting yesterday (almost nothing) and today it's heavier.
I NEVER spot before a period.
I've also had terrible mood swings and breast tenderness, headaches, diarrhea and mild cramping.
I am supposed to start my period on the 29th.
