Pills OD...how to act, what to say?

My brother (marine vet) has been struggling for years with all sorts of things and with the recent news of Afghanistan and the anniversary of the loss of his platoon brother, he decided now was the time...he took a shit ton of pills and tried to OD. He did OD but by the grace of God, did not die.

I'm a whirlwind of emotion...sad, angry, confused, sympathetic, back to angry, back to confused!

What do I say? How do I act?? He's trying to brush it off like he's fine but obviously he's not.

Any advice is welcome...very sensitive topic, I'm just unsure of who to speak with about this..
