lexapro + sex

hi! anyone else have issues orgasming while taking lexapro? when it comes to sex i can finish with my bf but when i’m pleasing myself on my own it’s soooo difficult to reach a orgasm :( before i took the medication i could orgasm on my own perfectly fine! but now it’s almost impossible unless i’m having actual intercourse or if it’s my bf touching me
