For those who breastfed/ still breastfeeding past 2 years (TMI)

How are your nipples? My nipples are saggy. Yes, nipples, not breasts. Does this stop once breastfeeding is done? I lost all feeling in my nipples in that my husband cant arouse me with my breasts like before.... i just feel my nipples stretch in a not so sexy way if he kisses...

Also cant find the TMI option on this new app update.
