Echo at 7DPO - no pregnancy

Hi! So I am now 8DPO and yesterday morning I went for a routine echo and check up with my OBGYN. She didn't see any pregnancy, but was able to see I've ovulated and all other aspects were good. I know the stats with implantation happening 6-12DPO, but feels like I'm out this month. Guess just wanted to share.
