I’m very annoyed and anxious with myself right now because when I took my pill this morning, it would not go down for the life of me. It went down after like 2-3 seconds of flicking my head around but before it went down I did feel something on the right side of my mouth even though my pill was on the left side. Idk what it was but my anxiety is telling me that the pill somehow broke even though I’m pretty sure it did not touch my teeth. I felt one lump in my throat, not two. If my pill did somehow break off into two in my mouth, should I treat it as a missed pill, or would it still be effective? I googled it and I’m seeing really different answers. Thanks for the help
