Help!

Advice would be so appreciated, i did post on here on here the other day but I'm I'm confised! so I have a mmc on 16th July due to no heartbeat at 6w4days at my 12week scan. It's been 6weeks and I've had no signs of my period, I have couple of positive but they seem to took there time appearing so I can't believe that I'm may be pregnant again. I stopped bleeding at 2 weeks and had 2 negs at 3 and 3and half weeks, so I know it was complete. This is my 3rd miscarriage and the other to we're naturally so I got my period like a regular, so I've never had to wait this long.

Fast forward to 6weeks later, I've haven't had no symptoms other than heartburn and having sick burps🤮. I've got no signs or anything of af turning up, also I just don't believe the test. so I just don't no what to do! Has anyone been in this situation? I'm sorry for the long post.
