Has anyone felt dizzy and lightheaded? I’m 34 weeks and woke up dizzy and lightheaded. This hasn’t happened before

Def check your BP when feeling this way and you should also speak with your doctor about having some labs drawn to check blood count/iron. Good luck.

If you have a blood pressure cuff I'd check it, but otherwise that seems pretty normal.

Normal symptoms according to what to expect when you’re expecting. Could just be your blood pressure. I would say hydrate when you wake up and get something to eat.

Could also ask your doctor to check your iron levels. Most pregnant women are at least slightly anemic during pregnancy but some require more iron than what is supplemented in standard prenatals. I had to add additional iron around 28 weeks with my first, and I actually caught it before my doctors this pregnancy because I felt dizzy and lightheaded and asked them to go ahead and check my levels earlier.
That being said it could be blood pressure or a handful of other things as well so definitely mention it to be safe!

I have hypertension and also anemic, I was super dizzy and lightheaded today for the first time accompanied by a headache. I was in triage and it irritates me that they don’t take me serious. Had my headache for over 3 weeks now no matter how many medication they give me.
