My baby boy is 12 weeks. He weighs 13lbs .5oz. When he turned 2 months old he weighed 12 lbs 2oz. Dr told me that my baby is now in the 38th percentile. He said that he should have gained 13lbs 8oz according to his calculations. He only gained 1lb in 3 weeks. I told him that my baby was sleeping 9-11 hours at night and he told me that I should wake him up for feeds. He said babies his age should not be sleeping more than 6 hours and drinking 5-6oz each feeding. I am concerned I know every baby is different but he makes me feel like I am not doing things correctly. My baby eats 4.75oz every 3 hours. He said I should give hime 6oz every 4 hours. I am very lost but also very worried about my baby not gaining weight properly.
