First timing using trigger shot, tips?

I've been on femara for 3 months now.
This will be my First time using trigger today. Any tips or advice on what to expect !?
RE said I good sized folli and Endo lining is good. So we're trying trigger and if we don't conceive within so many months were discussing <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> next.
