Sleep regressions?

Does anyone else seem to be experiencing a sleep regression or change in sleep?

We’ve changed nothing about our routine, nap time is the same (12/12:30 to 1:30/2) and bedtime is still around 7:30pm but the last week or 2 my daughter has been rolling around the cot talking etc taking at least an hour to fall asleep.

She doesn’t tend to get upset and eventually falls asleep but it’s taking way longer than it used to, she used to be asleep within 5 mins of being put down before
