Is lost and 💔

Ok so I have been actively trying since Feb (6months now) and had a few signs this month that I usually don't have so I had hopes that we finally did it but woke up today with a very heavy cycle😥😭... And it was 5 days early... I'm always early to get AF lately will that change my fertility window? Cause when I do test it's on point with what glo says (or off by a day) but the week before and the week of I try to BD every other day... And used fertility boosters this month . My SO is going next week to see if the issue is him. And I have a follow up with my OB on the 7th to talk about all this ... I'm lost I used to be every 29 days like clock work... What's going on ?
