i saw someone asked about medicaid and tax stuff yesterday. so I have a question I hope someone can answer. if I get medicaid is the facility allowed to disclose why I have it to anyone? I didn’t think they were but they were asking about if im claimed as a dependent and who by but I dont get why they need that info... dependents are still eligible for medicare and my medical stuff is always set to not be disclosed to anyone but me. my medicaid would only be for me, not whoever decides to claim me. someone help me to understand?
