Bump on Breast

I noticed this the other day. No pain. Drains only moderate amount of bright red blood. Second time in about 6 weeks this has happened in generally the same area. Left a scar the last time as the bleeding was coming from very deep inside. Right breast on the right side, not underneath where sweat could accumulate. Again, zero pain. I have an appt with a doctor tomorrow. Anyone have any clue? Never had a white head or anything. Also have a random rash behind my right thigh, unsure if related.
