Took a plan b but I’m confused

I took a plan b on Thursday and now today “Tuesday” it seems I got my period. I have a regular period and I literally just got my period a little over a week ago and now I’m bleeding again. I don’t know if it’s Bc of the plan b or if it’s something else. It’s not spotting Bc it’s a medium flow I need to use a pad
