The great thing about breast milk is that it changes based on what baby needs. There are points where baby could be hungrier faster because they’re hitting a growth spurt or not feeling well. Babies also digest breast milk faster than they would formula so it’s more common to have to feed baby more frequently.

In general its always the perfect combination. How old is baby since you mentioned that they get hungry fast? Could it be a cluster feeding period? 
Some say it helps of you massage your breasts, before and while pumping so it might be worth a try.

Lots of moms produce different! I nursed every hour and a half to 2 hours until my son weaned at 15 months. Some women have more fatty milk and a higher "storage" in their breasts. I'd get engorged and in pain with only 1.5 to 2 oz in my breasts. 
If baby is gaining fine, don't worry. Changing diet and taking supplements doesn't actually change your milk. If you have questions, I recommend a lactation consultant.
