Don't know if it is breast lump??

Question

My boy is 9 week 6 days today ,and he is on exclusive breastfeeding. For the past 2 days, I noticed a lump at my left breast that has not resolved even after putting baby to it constantly. I have also massaged it with hot water before feeding him, but the lump or should accumulation of breastmilk is still there.
What should I do next as the lump is painful when touched. 
please help?

If you suspect it’s a clogged duct, a warm water epsom salt soak! If you have a haakaa or other silicone hand pump, you can do it with that. Otherwise a couple of bowls and a dangle will do ya 😂

It took me almost a week to finally figure out ways to get relief. 
If baby isn’t draining your breast, DRAIN THEM! I had to pump! 
I also invested in a lactation massager. I got mine from frida mom off of Amazon, and they have them at target as well. It warms up and has three vibration modes. 
Mine were a bit severe and the massaging and heat still wasn’t helping as much as I needed it to. 
If it leads to mastitis, you can get some flu-like symptoms. My whole body was aching and I was so tired. I didn’t want to get out of bed. 
What REALLY helped me the most was sunflower lecithin! I got mine from Walgreens, but I’m sure they have it at Walmart too. The lecithin was my life saver!!!
Make sure your breasts are draining efficiently and often if baby isn’t doing so! 
Try feeding and pumping every 2-3 hours!!
