Induction a week today

I'm being in induced next Wednesday as baby's movements have been off, I have raised BP and baby's a bit big. Had a sweep yesterday and cervix was closed but soft but had a few cramps yesterday. Did some hand expressing today and cramps have come back now so on ball and walking stairs etc to try keep them going (the dog thinks I'm crazy). I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea as well. Even if I don't get into labour I want the induction to start with more than a closed cervix any other recommendations of things to try next to keep these cramps coming?
