My period came early but im on birth control, im on the patch over a year now but lately my period has been coming early, i still have one patch left for this month but i started my period today (i think because the old blood is starting to come out TMI, and i always get that first) however i have been really stressed out lately and im not sure if that is what could have caused my period to come early? Could someone tell me if this is normal while on birth control?
