We're planning on moving our 3 month old into his own room in the next few weeks (he's currently napping in his crib in his room during the day).

I'm wondering how others with multiple kids use their baby monitors?

Our 3 year old sleeps great, wakes up in the morning and usually plays with his toys until we get up (maybe 15-30 minutes later). We currently use the baby monitor with the sound on and screen off for the 3 year old. Since the baby is in our room, we obviously didn't need the monitor on him also.

Our monitor has the capability to do split screen and the sound will cycle back and forth, but I know I won't be able to sleep with that. Or we can pick the sound to stay on one of the cameras.

What does everyone else do?
