Letrozole- First Cycle Month

Hey ladies! I’d like some insight. This is my first cycle on Letrozole 5mg CD3-7. Week of ovulation I had terrible hot flashes, pain in abdomen and headaches for about 48hrs. Since then I’ve been fine minus tender breasts. I decided to pee on all the things today LH (idk why) and HCG. I got a slightly positive LH and VFL on HCG. Has this happened to anyone else where there LH stayed elevated? I’m on CD 26 now. Thank you!!
