Help with dilation!!
Second time mom here so I heard that itself helps! Wondering if there’s any other tips (that actually work, because I don’t want to waste time lol) to help get this going! Lol I’m open to any and everything! I’m only 36&6 but my dr gave me the go ahead being as I live 1h30m away, he said if I’m dilated at any of my next appointments we can have baby!!😇😇
