I’m a little worried- abnormal period

So I’m a 26year old female. My last period was just spotting and they are normally very heavy. I know I’m not pregnant(my boyfriend and I use a condom and he always pulls out)

And now I’m due for my period and I don’t have any cramps or feel it coming. My OBGYN did say it could be related to stress and that maybe since I have longer cycles it could lead to trouble getting pregnant. Idk my mind is racing.
