Thoughts?

I got a peak ovulation test on the 17th, lots of ewcm, and I just felt like I was ovulating. But yesterday, the 24th at 6 dpo I got another peak test? That’s never happened before. But today at 7 dpo I’m having severe pressure and fullness in my uterus and stabbing pain in my cervix. And just cramps in general. Do you think I’m ovulating now and didn’t the first time? Or maybe Becoming pregnant? I don’t know what’s going on but I know it’s not af coming super early. This is just so strange.
