Late period, negative tests, & spotting?

I’m 30 & my period is super regular (every 28-29 days). I’m not on birth control (use condoms only). Right now, I’m on day 33 of my cycle, so 4-5 days late. I’ve taken several pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I’ve been having some cramping for days now, and yesterday & today I spotted a tiny bit when I wiped. But still no period. Should I go to the doctor? I’m freaked out.
