FTM and I’m wondering what are the requirements for giving your baby breast milk from the bottle… is it really that important to warm up the milk or can I just let it de-thaw? What are the time limits for milk in room temp/fridge/freezer? Etc. I’m due in November and nervous to get back to working because I won’t be able to breastfeed entirely. I’ll have to rely on my fiancé to bottle feed properly and I don’t even know how to do it myself. I literally don’t know anything so any tips/tricks will be helpful!
