11dpo, implantation bleed?

Hi everyone, yesterday at 10dpo I had this (sorry TMI!) and some mild cramping. There was further slight tinge when I wiped but nothing since. Normal coloured discharge last night and this morning. This cycle has felt really different to me as have had a lot of symptoms I don’t usually have. I did a hpt this morning and it was negative. I also have been doing OPKs all month and LH stayed quite high throughout even after my peak except for yesterday and today it is very low negative. Am I out for this month? Or is it possible it’s still too early to test and yesterday was an implantation bleed? Anyone with similar experience?
