Trigger warning: miscarriage

I went in Tuesday for an emergency ultrasound to rule out ectopic due to pink/red spotting and pain on my right side. Ultrasound showed a cyst and a mass on my right ovary, but unsure if they seen any gestational sacs. They suspected a spot in my uterus to possibly be a sac as well as a spot in the mass on my ovary as another possible gestational sac. They did lab work on Tuesday which the results are not looking good. My hcg on the 19th was 126.73 and on the 24th was only 225.81, with my progesterone only 4.44. Drs are still not calling this a miscarriage until after my results from today. My bleeding has gone between spotting light pink/pinkish red, to dark red, and back to pink. All very very light, with little ever even reaching a panty liner. I have had no pains or cramps since Tuesday. Drs suspect possible twins with one ectopic and are unsure why my levels are doing what they’re doing. I have been praying for a miracle as this will be loss #4. It’s hard to keep positive when I know it is not looking good. If anyone has had anything similar and wants to give me a spec of hope, please share your experiences.
