Cramps and "wetness" down there ðŸ¤

I'm 5w3d and can not believe this yet. Had a miscarriage last year and my god I am so nervous.
It feels like every minute that NOW have my periods started and if I feel anything "wet" down there I'm so sure about it...I am going to the bathroom like 2-3 every hour to check 🙈 Someone else in this situation?
