Do you take a nap most days of the week?

My LO is 4 months and I’m finding we take a nap together around the same time everyday. It’s the only way she sleeps longer than 30 minutes. I’ve gotten to a point where I look forward to this nap ❤️😂 just wondering if any other mamas get to enjoy some extra sleep during the day?

Yes to all the naps!!
I have a 3 year old who is home with me also so she usually partakes in the naps too. If she doesn’t then she just goes ahead and sits and watches her favorite movie and she doesn’t leave my side of the bed.
When daddy gets off work and our older kids are home from school it’s usually nap time again so baby and I go take a nap and daddy is on duty. 
I’m pumping all day long so most of the time I’m up pumping and I’m exhausted from getting up in the middle of the night just to pump while everyone including the baby is sleep.

I’m not a baller. I’m ocd so if there’s anything that needs/or can be done I do that. Haha I don’t hardly sleep either lol. So no I never take naps. But I also have a good energy level so I don’t feel exhausted or anything.

My son will be 2 next weekend and I still take naps with him 2-3 days most weeks. It just depends on how tired I am or what I need to get done around the house.

I didn't with my first and wish that I did. It's such a short season in life. I plan on napping with him and my 2nd once she's on a similar napping time as him. 🥰

I do occasionally now while my son sleeps (2.5y) because I’m pregnant but normally I do not take a nap, I try to fit in a workout instead.

I never fall asleep but I lay next to him and relax. It's a great time to just snooze everything and calm down

I wish I took naps. My kids don't sleep at the same time and I work from home. But I'm so jealous 😫

I never nap lol my kids nap still 1-2 times a day.
