What time does your toddler nap?

Mine used to be clockwork at 12, then 12:30, now he’s still wide awake at 1. I like bedtime to be between 7:30-8. He’s up between 6-7am. Do toddlers typically nap later and that’s what he’s trying to do? He’s my first kid 😅

My son was 8:00ish bedtime, wake up 7-7:30, and go down for a nap between 12:30-1 and sleep about 2.5 hours. Lately though he’s been fighting naps, taking forever to fall asleep at nap and at bedtime, and waking up as much as an hour earlier. I’m hoping it’s just a sleep regression and we’ll get back on track soon. 🤞

Mine goes to bed at 8, up between 7-8 most days.  He’ll nap anywhere between 11-1 depending on how busy our morning is.  He’s starting to try to fight naps as well because he just spent a week at grandmas and they played outside all day without napping.  I’m not having that though lol.  His naps are my sanity😂.  He’s currently in there kicking the wall talking to himself 🤦🏻‍♀️.  I’m fortunate that he still sleeps in his crib without climbing out, he will eventually fall asleep because he has nothing else to do in there.

Bed around 7:15 up around 6/6:30 and nap every day from noon to 2, sometimes a little less

Bed time is between 7 and 7:30 and she is up for the day between 6:30 and 7. Every once in a while she will sleep longer. Naps are at 12 and usually last an hour and a half. Sometimes they are closer to one hour and every once in a while she will sleep for 2 hours. There was about 3 weeks where she wouldnt sleep more than 40 minutes for her nap. I started leaving her in her crib for an hour total, as long as she wasnt freaking out. She never would put herself back to sleep but she eventually stretched her naps out again.

I feel so terrible reading these comments because my son doesn’t go to bed until like 9:30 😩. I work from home so he sleeps in until about 9-10am while I get my morning coffee and work day started. He goes down for a nap about 2:30 and sleeps til about 5:30. I guess everybody’s schedule is different but that’s what works for us. I get off at 4/4:30 and enjoy that hour to myself to clean up and start dinner and do homework with my 11 year old. Whew busy days!

Bedtime is 7pm (lately will take 30 mins to fall asleep), gets up 530/6am at the latest, and naps 1230 (sometimes won’t fall asleep until 1pm). I wouldn’t move naptime back past 1pm or he’ll probably struggle falling to sleep at night. It’s normal to push nap time back a little… but my 5yr old still naps at 1230 so we are consistent with both of them going down for naps at similar times (she goes to bed at 730pm and is up by 6am… I don’t have kids who sleep in. She just started kindergarten so I’m sure her naps are about to stop 🥺)

Mine is up anytime bet 6:30-8am. Naps at 1pm in daycare, which he goes to full time everyday. On the weekends we don’t have a schedule but he falls asleep anywhere from 12-2pm, for about 2-3hours. Bedtime is 9-10pm.

We were having more trouble with nap time before but once she started mom’s morning out she’s exhausted and takes an excellent nap. On the days she doesn’t go to MMO I try to make sure she’s busy in the morning so she’s ready for nap.
