Baby developed this rash with a sore near his rectum. We originally thought banana allergy but he cries when he poops. No blood.

I seen your little one ate bananas!  My 2 year old always gets like that and they are blisters that end up popping .... not sure why but the acid in the bananas cause that to her entire but and vagina 🙃 I dont give them to her but when her friends have them she takes some .... try to limit the banana and use cream

My sons had a small cluster of bumps around his butt and I used some buttpaste and bathed him in breastmilk. Now it’s gone. The pediatrician said it all looked normal from what we saw. 
Any update for you?

Just looks like a wee blister. Mayby friction from wiping
