Ovulation help....
So on August 20th I got a very strong ovulation test and the app told me it was peak day. So my question is, what day is ovulation day? The day after peak day or peak day? Just wanna know how many dpo I am . Do I count the 21st and 1dpo? Because my opk was negative the 21st. Thanks
