Not sure what to follow...

My cycles are 31 days. I have observed that I get my peaks on day 12, 13, 14- ovulation tests show it. Glow suggests a completely different ovu date.

I follow opks and my intuition but at the same time maybe it's wrong because would ovulation happen so early (12, 13, 14 day) if the cycle is 31 days?

Also, some fertile days my partner has, hmm, weaker ejaculations (no health issue, just BD tiredness maybe). Does it affect conception if the ejaculation is weaker (not shooting or explosive if you know what I mean)? Sorry for maybe weird considerations...
