Any Tips To Get My Baby Head Down?

Question

Hello I am 32 weeks 3 days. This WHOLE pregnancy he has been breeched and just will not turn :( 
@ 36 weeks I go to my next ultrasound and they will tell me if I’m getting csection or not. 
This is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if there is anything I can do to help me move head down. 
If you know anything, anything at all please tell me .
