Starting my 90 day journey!!


I don’t know about you guys and how you’ve been feeling but ever since the pandemic I’ve been in a RUT! I mean stress eating, stuck binge watching vampire diaries on Netflix, gaining weight, etc. I feel like I’ve lost myself. I used to be so active and happy! I’ve gained 30lbs, almost quit my job, and am losing my mind. I’m ready to start this next 90days and kick procrastinations butt! I’ll keep you guys updated :) any words of encouragement or tips about fitness, nutrition, etc is welcomed! Have you gone on a 90 day journey before? If so how was it? If not, what are some bad habits you picked up during the pandemic?
