Need some advice or some free knowledge if anyone knows about this concerning problem I am having. No mean comments, just a simple nice answer.

I am a mom of twins and I had them a 1 year and 8 months ago and just last night my husband noticed I was leaking milk through my shirt from both boobs. Mind you guys I never once tried breastfeeding. I was feeling like I was having some small symptoms the week before my period was supposed to start. (Little bit of fatigue, peeing more than usual, and a lot white creamy discharge, if that matters). I kept these noted just in case.

Fast forward to this week's Monday I started my "period" came light, then heavy and now its medium. I didn't have no cramps which is not normal for me because my cramps are for two days straight. On the 3rd day of my period that's when I started leaking the milk. I also still feel very fatigue like my body is more tired than anything with some small headaches and last night's nausea (reflex, burps, lil bit of gas, and that twisting feeling in my stomach while also feeling like I'm gonna throw up but nothing comes up)

Now I don't know if its just my body changing or miscarriage or I could be bleeding while I'm pregnant. I'm not wasting my money on a test just for it to show up negative when someone can probably have an answer until I go to the doctor.

If anyone knows, please tell me it could help me out alot, I asked a mom of 5 and she said I could be pregnant without telling her I'm having my "period" just to see what she would say and after telling her that she literally left me on read soo no one please make me feel dumb because I'm obviously asking for a reason, thxs!
