Hello everyone! I’m gonna keep this as short as possible.

8/8 I got a positive pregnancy test! Yay! I started spotting that same day which turned into a negative pregnancy test. Ended up having heavy bleeding for about 5 days and my doctor told me it was more than likely a chemical pregnancy, did not run ANY tests.

Fast forward a couple days after the heavy bleeding stops, I begin spotting again (nothing too heavy like before)

I knew something was off so I took another 2 tests on 8/22 which popped up very positive. Obviously concerned.

Doctor began running labs. first HCG was at 354 and 48 hours later it did not double but went to 500,

Sent me for a scan and they told me there was a cyst on my ovary but NO SIGNS OF PREGNANCY?!

I’m so confused and feeling very crazy. Meanwhile, I’m still spotting on and off with some cramps.

I just need some insight PLEASE!

Basically doctor told me it could either be ectopic, early miscarriage taking it’s time, or an early viable pregnancy!
