Hello! I am getting ready to go into my second, unmedicated <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle, so I am solely tracking my own ovulation. I seem to be ovulating pretty consistently around days 16-18, but I am always second guessing myself on exactly what day is the correct day to have the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> performed. If I peak on day 17 of my cycle this month for example, I would go in for my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on day 18 even though that’s before my predicted ovulation day? I just want to make sure we get this as accurate as possible on the right day to go in so if anyone has any experienced or insight it would be appreciated!

I’m including last months cycle for a pattern:

My peak numbers usually were around 1.0-1.2, but last month my peak read at much higher which threw me off a bit so now I’m confused
