Hey

I've been taking femibion (a supplement, with folio acid, iodine and more of what one needs to have a healthy body to get pregnant) for a while and recently I got a small dosage of thyroid meds. I've just recently found out that taking thyroid meds and anything with iodine is counterproductive.

Has anyone else been told this?

I take the thyroid in the morning and the supplements in the evening. Would this counteract the issue or should i buy folic acid without iodine?
