How do eat more vegetables?!?!

I’m on a weight loss journey and for the past few weeks I have struggled to lose any weight.

I figured out that it’s because I’ve been slacking on my vegetables.

This week I have had vegetables with all of my lunches and so far this week I have lost 1.5lbs.

This is weird to admit but I don’t make a lot of money and I can only afford to go grocery shopping 2x a month

What do I do when I run out of vegetables like I did this month?!

Is there a supplement I can take?

I know eating raw organic vegetables is the best thing to do but I just can’t afford to spend over my budget.

What are some other options?!
