My husband and I are avoiding getting pregnant so I use opk to track . Would I be safe if we had sex tonight???

If youre trying to use FAM, you arent safe until 24 hrs after you've ovulated. Opks can't tell you when youvr ovulated. Just that you're having an lh surge. When I used fam, I used bbt and once ovulation was confirmed at 3dpo we'd have unprotected sexuntil my period. Then protected or withdrawal until the next 3dpo. (We were okay with pregnancy so withdrawal was fine for us but if youre not ok with it, use condoms until safe)
