Please help! What are these black specks on pump parts?

I have been meticulous about cleaning and sanitizing my pump parts. We even bought enough sets for every pump of the day. We run them in the sanitize cycle of a brand new dishwasher. I noticed these black specks that won’t come off with scrubbing. Has anyone had this? I have a big stash of milk in my freezer that I’m praying I don’t have to throw away 😭
