Potty training tips?

Ayayaya. Today is our first day of attempting potty training and I am tired. We have been naked mostly outside and he CAN pee on the potty when he sits but he also just pees here and there. I am hoping as he gets more aware of peeing he will be able to store it up and pee all at once in the potty instead of lots of little pees. Any tips ladies?

Our 4.5 year old potty trained at 2 years 9 months and it was the perfect time. He got the hang of it quickly. The peeing part at least. He did poop in the yard like a dog for about 2 weeks so there’s that 😂 you’ll know when he’s ready! Not potty training his little sister yet.

From my expierence with my first boy, wait until he's ready. If he's still having those little pees he's most likely not there yet. And the more you try to pressure it the worse it will be. Our 2nd isn't even close to being ready to try, but I'm hoping he doesn't take as long as his brother did 😅

Sounds like he's not quite ready yet - I'd give it a few months then maybe try again x
